We're looking for an HR & GA who would like to join us



  • Asset : Manage and maintain company facility and assets including routine facility checking on company's asset, asset and company document administration, and asset preparation for new employees
  • Purchasing : Responsible for making a purchase for office or employee equipment including communicating and maintaining relationships with related suppliers/ vendors
  • Responsible for employee's reimbursement and HR petty cash
  • Work closely with vendor and finance to ensure that accounts payable invoices and receipts are complete and payments are made on time.
  • Handle tickets, accommodation, transportation arrangements for business trips, transportation cost calculations.
  • Arrange company contributions such as flower arrangements and employee funds for special occasions
  • Help to assist in recruitment processes in CICIL
  • Responsible for HR administrative tasks


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • The candidate must be residing in Jakarta
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to the team effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Proficient in Ms. office
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
