Job Description:

• Create and implement social media marketing plan and content plan (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin)
• Optimize the organic performance of social media (hashtag, SEO Instagram, etc)
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels and strategy
• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog content.
• Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
• Oversee social media account design.
• Analyse and report on social media performance regularly
• Manage social media campaign
• Liaise with stakeholders related to social media both internally and externanly such as KOL, agency, community
• Involve in all phases of social media activity from brainstorm, execution and observation to gain insights

Qualifications:

• Strong on sosial media performance analysis (metrics, content performance, hashtag and organic growth)
• Understand on basic digital marketing fundamentals
• Understand digital marketing tools (Google Analytic and Social Media Tools)
• Capable on creative copywriting and content ideas
• Understand writing standard both in Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) and English (Grammar)
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Fast learner and able to work in a team and independently.
• Team player, creative and data driven thinking, on time dan detail oriented.
